Mine is doing the same thing! Have you gotten it fixed yet?

No mine is still black and will be forever. I was told it’s a “software issue”. But it is recording my steps and other data so seeing that on the app. I’m checking out other watches at this point. Not just Fitbit.

How did you do the update? I checked and apparently I have the last version...

I updated my Fitbit, all good now.
