Hi, welcome to the Fitbit Community forums, @EdMijares @Ppg05.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback and all this information about what you're experiencing with your Inspire 2 device.
If you haven't done so already, please make sure the Sleep Mode feature and the Dim Screen setting are both turned off in your device's settings, as they automatically make the screen darker. In addition, you can also try restarting your device in case there's any issue with the display.
Hope this helps, I'll be around.
Best AnswerWhere do I find the sleep mode or dim screen in settings? I’m rubbish at this stuff🙄 Will it be on my phone settings or on the fitbit app?🙏🏻

Nice to see you as a new member of the community @gillygreen54.
Thanks for sharing your question about your Inspire 2.
Please, manage basic settings in the Settings app. Adjust sleep mode settings, including setting a schedule for the mode to automatically turn on and off. Then on the dim screen setting you can adjust your screen's brightness.

Hi. I have the same problem and can't read the screen; it is so dim! Hopefully, someone will come along with a solution

Thank you for your reply. However, I can't see anywhere on the app to adjust screen's brightness. Please could you explain?
Best AnswerThis is exactly the problem I’m having!! Going to chat to a fitbit person today as no one seems to know the answer. Will post on here if I have any news🤓
