I have an Inspire 2 watch and one day it suddenly stopped working. The screen kept turning off, the vibrations stopped working, and I gave up on it and didn’t use it for a bit. I just now started trying again and now whenever the screen is on, the vibrations don’t work, and it keeps resetting only one tap. I’m losing hope and I don’t want to buy another watch, Can anyone help?

Hi there, @Dog23. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for the troubleshooting steps you've tried. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire 2 has stopped working. I understand how you must be feeling, I will do my best to help you with this!
If you haven't done so yet, please try the steps below:
- From the Today tab in the Fitbit app, tap the devices icon at the top-left corner.
- Tap your Fitbit device image.
- Near the bottom of the page, tap Sync Now.
If the above doesn't work, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? Note: Restarting the device doesn’t delete any data. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If you managed to keep the screen on, please see Why didn't my Fitbit device alert me?
Was my post helpful? Give it a thumbs up to show your appreciation! Of course, if this was the answer you were looking for, don't forget to make it the Best Answer! Als...
