The double tap on my Inspire2 only seems to work for a short time after I have awakened the screen using the side buttons then stops working.

If you haven't done so yet, please restart your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thanks. I've done a you suggested and it worked for a couple of minutes and isn't working again now.
