Hello Hive Mind. My Inspire 2 wasn't syncing and now isn't pairing. . Ended up uninstalling the fitbit app and reinstalling (twice). Restarted my Samsung Android phone four times. Also at some point removed the inspire 2 as a bluetooth device. now I can't add it back and the message I'm getting is that I need the App! But I HAVE the app. I have looked at all the threads and I am not getting anywhere. I have carefully checked FitBit support and they are supposed to be working up to 1159pm and its its just 8pm here but I get a "out of office hours" type message.... same thing happened yesterday. This is very frustrating!

thank you. oddly enough when I tried again to pair device it worked this time which then allowed me to update software and sync. cheers

Please make sure that you are using the latest version of the Fitbit app: How do I use the Fitbit app?.
I'm not sure if you were able to set up the device with the phone but if not, please see: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device?
If you already have the device set up with the phone, confirm that you have the Inspire 2 updated:
On the Fitbit app tap the upper left corner icon > Device > Tile to see if the firmware banner appears.
