I followed someone's step to go to factory default and now my Inspire 2 says to download fitbit app which I already have. Still will not sync. Am I missing a step. I tried turning on and off blue tooth but that did not help. I have been fighting with this for months. Thanks.

Hi there, @slf81. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Inspire 2 and for trying to troubleshoot it beforehand.
As per the message on the watch's screen, it seems that your Inspire 2 is asking you to pair it. So I'd suggest doing the following:
