Inspire 2 won't connect to my phone anymore

My inspire 2 won’t sync to my phone. I have done everything suggested on these forums and now it won’t re connect to my phone. I have tried everything that’s been suggested. What do I do ?

@Catherine0202 what kind of phone do you have? Is it Android or Apple? What operating system version are you running?

As a first approach, I'd recommend checking if your mobile device meets the requirements to properly operate with your Fitbit device. For more information, see Fitbit Compatible Devices.

In addition, please confirm if you've tried all the steps provided here Why won't my Fitbit device sync? in the order listed.
