Won't sync for call or txt to the new phone I got under new number

Hi @Starfly83  which operating system is the new phone? You have to give permission to it in order to use the features on your Fitbit app.

Stepping in the U.S.A. since September 2013. Android 14

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Starfly83. I'm sorry to hear you haven't been able to sync for call or txt to your new phone. 

 

Please delete your Inspire 2 of your old phone's Bluetooth and sync your device with your new phone to pair it with its Bluetooth. Then, follow instructions of help article: How do I get notifications from my phone on my Fitbit device? in order to see notifications on your new phone.
