Inspire 24 Hour Clock

Can anyone assist to setup my inspire with 24 hour clock? Thanks

You can choose between 12 and 24 hour clocks in your profile settings at https://www.fitbit.com/user/profile/edit

Once changed and saved, the next time you sync your fitbit will be updated

I make the change, click "Submit", synch and... it's still 12hr clock not 24 😔

@CaronLel I wonder if your choice of clockface is overriding the setting. Perhaps try a different clock to test?

seems absurd that among the myriad of things you can customise on the device and phone app, a simple time display option isn’t one of them.
