Inspire HR Black Screen

Hi Guys,

 

would appreciate your help. My Inspire HR has been afflicted with the black screen, occasional buzz, doesn’t work at all problem. I have seen this everywhere on various formats so it’s obviously a common problem. Before anyone suggests how to power, changing clock faces etc etc I have done everything advised. This looks like a replacement job at this point.

Hi @ConorT,

 

If you're looking to get attention from a Fitbit employee, your best bet is to contact Support directly.

 

If you've already done all the things suggested online, I agree, it may be time for a replacement.  Are you still under warranty?
