Inspire HR notifications not working

Why is it taking so long to fix the Inspire HR notifications issue? I’m very dissatisfied with FitBit customer support. My notifications have not been working for weeks. I tried all the suggestions in the “Help” Area, and also called customer service and they said I have to wait another 10 days until the next Fitbit app update comes through. It’s unacceptable.

I’ve been having the same issue & been wondering why. I’ve also done updates and tried all the things I’ve found online as suggestions with no luck. Your comment was more insightful than anything I’ve found online. I hope it gets fixed soon too.
