Inspire HR / Bluetooth no pair / no sync / wrong time

Hello,

 

Inspire HR shows the wrong time.

Inspire HR will not show up in the Bluetooth devices on iMac or iPad mini.

I have restarted the Inspire HR 2 times from the settings menu on the watch. Also rebooted the iMac and restarted the iPad.

The Inspire HR will not sync nor pair via bluetooth.

 

Please advise.

I appreciate all this information that you've shared about the problem you're experiencing with your Inspire HR and that you already tried a few troubleshooting steps. 

 

The time should be updated on your device after syncing with your phone, you can find all the information here. Keep in mind that you need to sync through the Fitbit app and not through the Bluetooth settings on your phone. 

 

In addition to the restart procedure you mentioned and that was not successful, let me know if you already tried all the steps listed here to resolve syncing problems, and make sure to check the compatibility requirements listed here and to keep the Fitbit app updated to the latest version available.
