My Fitbit inspire shows the wrong time. I have tried putting the appropriate time zone in the app, but it didn’t work on the Fitbit.

The time should be updated on your device after syncing with your phone. You can find all the information here.
Let me know if you're having trouble to sync your device with your account. In the meantime, please make sure that you've tried the restart procedure as well, as this has been useful for other users experiencing something similar.
