Inspire HR Exercise issue

  • I have a Fitbit Inspire 3 and Android phone.   Up until a couple of weeks ago I could go to Exercise, select Workout and then the start.  Now it is stuck on asking for a time and calorie goal but the start arrow doesnt work.  The screen also jumps around when I try to scroll through the different items (Exercise, Time, etc)  I have tried several times to restart the fitbit but it will not give me the beep and happy face showing it rebooted.  Help please.

Hi @Grmak Do you have an Inspire 3 or an (older) Inspire HR?
