Inspire HR Firmware Update

Hi! I just had a firmware update, and surprisingly, the sleep hours, water intake, and weight are gone. Is this suppose to be part of the update? I hope someone could answer. Thanks.

What firmware update did you have? Mine says 1.63.12. Isn't this the most recent one?

I updated and do not have this issue. It doesn't show on the watch? Is it still accurate on the app?

The app still shows the info. But it's gone in the device itself.

Someone already started a thread on this same issue over two hours ago, not that anyone cares.

We have the same firmware # (?). If yours still shows those that I have mentioned, does that mean mine's defective?

Sounds like software issue. When I swipe up from clock display, it first shows steps, then heart rate, resting heart rate, calories, active minutes, distance, hourly activity, exercises, sleep time, water and then weight.

Maybe you can try to restart your fitbit?

I've tried updating mine 3 times - it's taking forever?  since 8:23 am this morning....it's very inconvenient and i missed tracking my workout this morning - i'm gone all day so I don't know since I'm traveling with my phone and the fitbit it's not connecting and has to start over????

It took around 35 minutes to update. I put the device and my phone to table close to each other. I tapped the phone screen during the update so that it did not go to sleep. Wait for ok messages on both ends.

I was unable to update until I restarted my tracker, then the update was fine. Does anyone know what the update actually did, though?

Could someone please post the ver number?  

Our (2) Inspire HRs are still trying to update.. But, I think they might be hung up in some kind of update loop. Ours show firmware ver is 34.20001.63.5 right now. Is that the new ver or the old stuff?

@SunsetRunner my updated version shows 34.20001.63.12. What the update did, though, I couldn't tell you.

Thanks. I guess our updates aren't working for some reason. 

We have WhatsAp messages coming in and we use a microwave oven once in a while.. 

So, that might have caused problems with the update downloading. 

We will wait until tomorrow and restart the updating. Maybe it will work then.

I have heart problems, so I didn't feel real good about going out walking a few miles without my phone and fitbit.

I’m really getting annoyed with my Fitbit Inspire HR. I got it for Christmas and it hasn’t worked right from the beginning. Now it won’t take this update. It keeps getting me a circle with an X through it at the end.

I decided to give it another try this evening. Charged up the IHR, made sure my phone was on the stronger Wifi router, (but 15 feet away from the router, so as not to mess with the BT signals). 

Put my phone on it's charger and then started up the Update. Once it was running, ignored it for about 2 hours. Once, I looked at the display and saw a progress-bar was slowly moving! We didn't use the microwave oven and after 2 hours, I checked and it was done! 34.20001.63.12  🙂 

Today's data has some big gaps in it, but at least the upgrade ran fine this evening..

We pray it will be bugless.. 🙂
