The recent update fixed the excessive count it seems. however, heart rate showing completely incorrect.
This device heart rate showing 90+ whereas I put my friend another model Fitbit on my hand used both together. and also mobile app Instant Heart Rate.
Mobile App and my friend Fitbit (charge 2) showing the same number 65 whereas Inspire HR showing 87+.
please see picture attached.

So when you manually check your pulse, which is correct?

Matching with the Mobile app.

I have the same problem - Inspire HR said my heart rate was 120, and when I manually checked it, it was only 68. Have you found a solution?

I am having the same problem on my new Inspire HR. When I compare it to another heart-rate monitor, the Inspire HR is consistently reading 15-30bpm more than it should be. When I manually check my pulse on my neck or wrist, the other heart monitor is the correct one, the Inspire HR is definitely not correct.

As far as I can see, this is not solved. The heart rate function worked accurately for four months. This week the readings are sometimes as much as thirty beats higher than usual, yet my blood pressure monitor gives a pulse reading in the sixties. I cleaned the Fitbit per the instructions, but that hasn't helped.

I just opened my BRAND NEW Inspire HR and went through all the steps to set it up. First time I have worn it. Shows my resting heart rate at 72 bpm and actual bpm is 62? Have we gotten a fix for this? I bought this specific model BECAUSE of the HR monitor.

Wore my brand new Fitbit inspire HR for the first time today. At one point showed my heart rate at 120, when it was actually about 65 (taken manually) Half the day was showing 80 to 90, when it was actually 60 to 65. Is it time for us to call customer support?

Mine has been giving me the same trouble. However, it reads my heart rate as around 90-100 when I’m doing intense cardio on a bike. Using the bike heart rate monitor and knowing my own body, my heart rate consistently reads 190-200 when I’m doing intense cardio. My Fitbit, however, never tops 120 BPM. This has been an issue for me for a long while now! Customer service told me to reset it, but that failed to work. Definitely want compensation for a faulty product.
