I just upgraded from a Flex, which I've had 4 years and love, to the Inspire HR. Set it up today and noticed that the app shows I did 7/7 hours of activity but my HR shows 2/7 hours. Why the disconnect? It's brand new - not even one day old. Should I be having a problem right out of the box?

Let me help you with your activity hours discrepancy. Were you wearing your Flex 2 before or during the setup of the new Inspire HR? Has this happened again? Sync your tracker periodically and see if the issue persist. Also log out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. You can restart your Inspire HR too.

Thank you AlvaroFitbit! Yes, I switched to my new Fitbit Inspire HR midday from wearing my Fitbit Flex. Everything seems ok today in this area.
