Inspire HR Not Auto-Tracking Walk

Inspire HR is capturing steps, but not the exercise. Was working until a few days ago. I've already been to settings, made sure that the walking exercise is set to auto-track, but that hasn't helped. I've logged in and out of the app and blue tooth. Please help.

Thanks for letting me know the issues that you're having with your Inspire HR. This is not a normal behavior. I really appreciate all the steps that you've tried until now. Please restart your Fitbit with these instructions: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Then give it a try one more time. Also try with different exercises to make sure it is working again.

Give it a try and keep me posted.

Hi, I have the same problem with auto recognise for my walks. If I try to manually add them it messes up my step count. Yesterday I had to take my Inspire off because my steps and active time were tracked but not counted as exercise and when I entered it manually my Inspire added steps to my step count!! Last night I turned auto recognise off and then back on AND lowered the time to 10 minutes. This morning I walked for 15 min and very purposely swung my arms. Result.....same as before!! Steps and minutes tracked but auto recognise of my walk not. This is a recent problem, could the current update be affecting people's fitbit?

This exact thing is happening to me! Zone minutes are tracked, so I try to manually add my exercise, but it adds more steps to my step count! This is a recent issue
