Inspire HR Screen Not Working

Late Sunday night my fitbit screen all of a sudden would not come on. It worked all day just fine.

My phone still syncs with it, it still charges, and it still vibrates when I hold the button, put it on the charger,  or when I change the watch face with my phone.

 

I have tried to restart it and it still didn't work. I don't see that smiley face and I've also tried to keep changing the clock face and that doesn't work either. 

Does anyone know any other ways I can get the face to work again?

I also made sure that my fitbit is up to date and still have the issue.

I have almost the same problem. When I move my wrist the time shows up, but it won't swipe.

Mine was doing the exact same thing. The time showed up, but it wouldn't swipe.

I read someone else's post to put it on the charger and hold down the button for five seconds. The screen will go blank, and then a little smiley face will come back on. I then took it off the charger, and it worked correctly again! Good luck!

Thank you for the info.  By the time I saw this email, it was working again.  All of a sudden at about 5:30, it vibrated and started working without me doing a thing.  This has happened to me before.  I just don't get it.
