I wear my Inspire HR watch 24/7 I have never had a problem with it until this week. All of a sudden Monday morning my watch has had issues keeping a charge. I charged it Monday by this morning it was dead (which is unusual), so I charged it and it barely stayed charged for 7 hours before I had to charge it again. Before this week I could go 5 to 6 days without charging it and constantly using it.

I ended up calling customer service and since my watch is under warranty they are sending me a complimentary replacement watch that I should receive in the next 5 to 10 days.

My battery won’t last longer than a half hour. In fact I just looked at it and it’s dead. I just charged it to 100%. What gives? I’ve had this for less than a year.

Hi Alicsquared
I think putting a post on here would work best, I tried emailing customer support and got an automated message back saying this was no longer available. Good luck!

I charged my Fitbit all morning until it was 100%, wore it for 2 hours and it was at 20%. Issue started within the last week. It used to hold a charge for 4 days and I haven’t changed any settings since I’ve started using it.

this is happening to me too. I have reset it a couple of times but the battery drains right away. I have had the inspire for just over a year. I am a long time fitbit user so this is incredibly disappointing. How do I get assistance?

I am having a similar issue. It just started this week. I have worn the Fitbit Inspire for just over a year and I’ve already had it replaced under warranty once. The replacement is only about 4 months old.
