Inspire HR Short Battery Life

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I wear my Inspire HR watch 24/7 I have never had a problem with it until this week. All of a sudden Monday morning my watch has had issues keeping a charge. I charged it Monday by this morning it was dead (which is unusual), so I charged it and it barely stayed charged for 7 hours before I had to charge it again. Before this week I could go 5 to 6 days without charging it and constantly using it.

I am having a similar issue. As of yesterday my fitbit will not hold a charge at all. The device will power on when put on the charger but no matter the length of time left on it will die immediately after removing from charger.

I noticed sometime last week mine stopped getting detailed sleep results, and last night my battery went from 50% to 2% by this morning. It's been draining quickly all day today even after cleaning , charging and resetting...I'm not hopeful since I don't think I have a warranty, I've had it less than a year.

I’m having the same problem and it won’t let me contact customer support. I love my Fitbit and it’s frustrating when in challenges that half my steps don’t count because I’m charging.

I’ve received nothing from Fitbit. Anyone have a number so I can get a new Fitbit. Unacceptable that it stops working in less than a year!! C’mon.
