Hi,
I am using Fitbit Inspire HR on my iPhone, and I want it to auto-sync. However, it never synced automatically. It just syncs when I open the Fitbit app on my iPhone, and the syncing process is quite slow. I have turned on auto-sync in the Fitbit app, and the app is the latest version. I have tried to log off and log in to the app and restart my Inspire HR, but none of them worked. Please tell me what I should do to make the auto-sync work (I like the other aspects of Inspire HR very much).
Thank you!

Hi, Thanks for replying!
I have tried what you mentioned multiple times, but it is still not auto-syncing.

@Mand0l0rian Thanks for stopping by!
@103 thank you for the update. Have you checked your phone's battery saving options? I had this same issue with my device and it was the autostart option. Go to settings > apps > permissions > autostart and enable this for the Fitbit app (my phone is a Xiomi MI 8 lite running Android 9), it could be different on your phone but look for a similar setting there.
@Mand0l0rian have you tried the suggestions I shared in my previous post?
Keep me posted.
