Inspire HR not vibrating

My Inspire HR stopped vibrating when I get calls, or ever, about 2 months after I got it. I've done the restart tip but it didn't help. Any ideas?

@Tnad68 Welcome to the Fitbit Community!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not vibrating at all and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Make sure that the tracker isn't in the Do not Disturb mode by long pressing the button on your tracker.

Let me know how it goes.

I did all the recommended step to reset and my fitbit still doesn't vibrate when I get calls. Very frustrating!

@Tnad68 thank you for the update.

Could you confirm that you followed these instructions to restart your Inspire HR? Also since this is linked to your notifications (although you mentioned that the tracker isn't vibrating at all) so you can try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  5. You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
