Inspire HR battery draining issue

First 8 months, Inspire HR held true, about a charge per week.  Now, it drains the HR every 2 days and I have to recharge.  Why the change?  Just using basics of what it and app came with.  Customer support couldn't provide an answer.

Please try the tips that are listed in this help article in order to improve the battery life of your Fitbit device. After this, monitor the battery's behavior of your Inspire HR and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hi JuanJo, via their monitoring system, Fitbit determined the device was defective and sent a replacement.
