Inspire HR black screen issues

My inspire hr has been working perfectly. Updated yesterday. Today I woke up and it was working normally until halfway thru the day the screen was black. I thought the battery was low so I charged it and still black screen. Tried troubleshooting by changing the clock faces, restarting while charging and leaving it to charge for a few hours. Green lights are still flashing underneath and still shows up on my phone app as recording stats but no screen. Any other troubleshooting that I can do?
