Hi I charged my Fitbit and the screen went black. I tried to reset and change the clock face, but nothing helps. The light still flashes, but nothing on the screen. I'm so bummed!

Yes it's quite disappointing! They offered a discount, but it's really not enough considering this was my second Fitbit and both of them were defective.

@Steph789 I hope you are doing fine.

Sorry to hear about this and thank you for reaching out to our Support team. Support does follow the guidelines described in the warranty so if your device is outside the warranty period they won't be able to replace it. This is why they offer a discount to help customers in this situation. Still thank you for sharing your feedback.

I'll be around.

Yes I'm a couple months past my year warranty ( My husband got me this for Christmas) and I've had two that have been defective. 50% towards a new one seems fair. I can't afford to pay full price especially if it is defective again. Thank you!
