Inspire HR blank screen issue

Screen went black, tried restarting, it just vibrates but will not light up or turn on. It has a full charge, is up to date, and the app is responding to steps. Thanks.

I had an issue like that with my friends tracker. If your Fitbit is an Inspire 2 and is connected to any Tile application, try to ring it via your phone. If you don’t, put an alarm and when the alarm launches, the screen will probably react. These solutions worked on my friends Inspire 2.
