Inspire HR blank screen

I had my first Inspire HR one month and it did this. Tried to reset, nothing happened. Fitbit sent me a new one. I’ve had this one for a week and it’s doing the same thing. This is after having an Alta HR die after 8 months. Not really impressed with Fitbit as a product at this point.

I’ve followed the instructions multiple times and nothing. I’m terribly disappointed in this product
