My 15-month old inspire hr would not swipe off time. Put it on charger. This morning phone app said to update Fitbit. I did. Now there is nothing on screen no matter what I do. Hold in button for significant time, all I get is happy face. Tried both on and off charger.

I had the same problem last week (Inspire HR), and the app said I needed to update the Fitbit. The update did not seem to go well, but appeared to finish after the 2nd or 3rd time I tried it. The Fitbit has been a blank screen ever since. I have tried to restart it on the charger (push button for 5 seconds; let go. Take off charger, wait 10 sec, then try the 5 sec push on the charger again). Nothing nada zilch. I have rebooted my phone, deleted the app from my phone, reinstalled, ensured that location settings were turned on. Now the phone can't see the Inspire, so I can't add it as a device.
I've been a loyal Fitbit user for several years now, and this is my third device. I'm thinking it's going to be my last Fitbit device if I can't get it back up and working. 😞
