Have used my fitbit since June 2020, and today the button on the side has stopped working, have tried to soft reset numerous times and this hasn't helped, tried to clean around the button with a toothpick as suggested in previous posts I've read but this still hasn't helped, very frustrating! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
