Have used my fitbit since June 2020, and today the button on the side has stopped working, have tried to soft reset numerous times and this hasn't helped, tried to clean around the button with a toothpick as suggested in previous posts I've read but this still hasn't helped, very frustrating! Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry to hear that your Inspire HR button isn't working and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Since the issue persists I have created a ticket so our Support team can further assist you via email.
