Inspire HR call notification doesn't show up

I have bought Fitbit Inspire hr 2 days back. All the functionalities are working fine except for the call notifications.

The watch notification for incoming calls isn't showing up, even though it is working for all other notification including text messages. I have given the proper access rights to the Fitbit app as well as, turned on the phone call notification in the settings of the app.

The test call feature is working fine though.

@sarath_pradeep Welcome! Thanks for being part of our Community! Sorry for the delay in my reply.

Let me help you with you call notifications and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Try clearing the link between your phone and your tracker by doing the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find troubleshooting instructions here.

Let me know how it goes.
