Hi everyone,
My fitbit inspire HR always accurately tracked my active minutes, steps and calories but something seems to be off now.
This morning my fitbit indicated 5 calories burned during the night, whilst this is normally between 500-700.
I've cycled for 51 minutes with a heartrate above 100 the entire time as indicated by the training, however the app indicates only 34.
An active day such as yesterday normally indicated calories burned of 2600-3200. Now it was a shocking 1000.
When I logged activities for 300 calories, the app only added about 100 calories.
Does someone know what's going on and how I can fix this?
I've tried to reset it for 6 times now, re-installed the app and reconnected the bluetooth and location services a few times but nothing seems to help.
Thanks!

Hi @Sophie20x, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Inspire HR is not tracking your calories and active minutes accurately. I totally understand how you feel about this. By the way, thank you for providing the details about how your Fitbit device is tracking these stats.
Please restart your Inspire HR as described in this help article. After this, check out this help page, which explains how your Fitbit device tracks your calories burned. Then, visit this article, which provides more information about how active minutes are earned by your Fitbit device.
Finally, monitor your Inspire HR and see if it tracks your calories and active minutes accurately.
Keep me posted on the outcome.
