Been trying to set this up for my mum. On an android tablet. When I click on set up device I can pick the inspire hr it takes me to a page that shows a pic of the fitbit when I then click on the button to go through the steps to set up it jumps back to the profile/account page
I have a charge hr 2 and it will allow me to pair with no problems. It appears that all the new devices recently released have the same issue.
I don't have any other device I can load this app on for my mum.
Forgot to mention we bought this on the release date so 2 weeks later it showed on my mum's profile not having actually properly set it up. Wouldn't sync so deleted the device and tried again still having the same issue
