I am in kenya Africa and I would like to buy a replacement wrist band where can I get one .my home town is Eldoret.

Hi @Mbugua Welcome to the forum. Have you considered buying one online from Fitbit.com/store? I find you get the best solution directly from Fitbit, as opposed to stores stocking some, but not everything that is available. I hope that helps.

Is it really economical just sending a wrist band all the way don't you think because of the shipment it will be very expensive? That is why I was seeking your advice on how to get local stockist.

@Mbugua Besides our online store, you can also check this site to verify what authorized retailers work near you https://www.fitbit.com/retailers. Once you go to the site, go to the bottom of you site, you'll see a flag. If this one does not coincide with your country, you can change it.
