Inspire HR display going black

The screen of my Inspire HR sometimes goes black and stays like that for 2-3 days. It vibrates and I can check that it's counting the steps through the app, but the screen is black.

 

It happened with my previous Inspire HR twice, then the customer assistance changed it with a new device because the warranty was still valid, and this is the second time it's happening with the new Inspire HR too. Every time (for now) after a few days, it starts working again.

 

I really don't know why it happens. I'm not "mistreating" it... Any idea?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Inspire HR following the next steps:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Connect your device to the charging cable. For instructions, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
  3. Press and hold the button or buttons on your tracker for 5 seconds.
  4. Release the button. When you see a smile icon and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
