Inspire HR display not working properly

My watch screen shows the time as it should but it does not allow you to swipe among the various apps. When an alarm turns on, I cannot disable it with just a click of the button like I used to. Instead I have to hold it down. Through all of this, the display never changes. The watch absolutely does not reply to my touch at all.
