Inspire HR display off

Inspire has no visible display. It is fully charged. When I attempt to restart it per instructions on this site. Nothing happens. Inspire shows on my phone that it is fully charged. It was working earlier in the day and now nothing. Purchased at the end of September 3 months later it’s not working.
