Inspire HR distance problem

Hello,

 

I've bought a inspire hr fitbit.

But I can't understand the distance he is giving me.

Today I walked 18.000 steps, but the total distance is 1,97 km. How is that possible? 

I hope you guys can help me out here.

@Tara90 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

I will assist you with your distance calculation. Usually your device will calculate your distance by multiplying your steps with your stride length. Make sure your personal data (height and stride length in particular) are correct in your account. If you haven't entered any stride length then the system will calculated it automatically (based on your height) but you can also enter the stride length. Check these instructions to properly calculate it.
