I bought an Inspire HR less than a month ago after losing my beloved Alta. I've had nothing but trouble ever since. First, I have to tap it really hard to see the time, steps, etc. Sometimes I even get a blank screen after numerous taps. Second, and even more annoyingly, I deliberately keep my phone on silent and rely on the fit bit to know when someone is calling or texting. But it's a 50-50 chance I'll get a notification. Many times the texts come to my phone but don't buzz on my Inspire HR. This is really a problem for me with my job.
Now, adding insult to injury, I see the Inspire HR is on sale for $69 when I spent $99. I really just wish I could have my old Alta back but they no longer make it. So how can I get the Inspire to work better?

I feel your frustration. Mine stopped notifications after about a month also.

Thanks for posting your experience with your new Fitbit Inspire HR. Sorry about the difficult time you've had with some features of your Fitbit.
I'll be glad to give you a hand with each one of your inquiries. First of all, restart your Inspire HR to confirm that your Fitbit is not having hardware issues. About your notifications, please confirm that your phone is in the list of supported devices. And check this useful information: Why are notifications delayed or missing?

I tried all the fault finding and failed to resolve so I called support. There is a known error with integration with IOS 12.4.3 and it is being worked on. I have an iPhone6s so can't update to IOS 13. Hopefully this may help other people with similar issues

i got my inspire for father's day this year. it worked fine (text/call notifications, etc) until the latest IOS update in september. since then i have not received any call or text notifications on my inspire. i read when this happened that you were working on a fix for this problem. has it been fixed? will it?
