Hi Juan,
I realized I mentioned the wrong fitbit model - the one I use now is Fitbit Inspire HR. I received notification the an update needed to be loaded. I followed the instructions. I have tried
restarting over and over. Nothing happens - just the green light on the back flashing fast. Changing the clock face didn’t work wither.
