Inspire HR showing incorrect time

Inspire HR. Every time I reset Smiling Face shows up and watch losses another five minutes. It will not reset to the proper time. Unit is only 10 months old and has been a nightmare. HELP

Well, since your Inspire HR is less than a year old, you could contact Customer Support. They might be able to replace it, and hopefully your problem will be solved.
