My inspire hr fails to sync with my mobile. The app is on and so is Bluetooth and the location. I get a message that "this might take a while" - and nothing happens.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Trudnesprawy.
Thanks for the details shared in your post. Syncing difficulty is usually caused by a missing requirement and I recommend following our troubleshooting instructions in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
By the way, I've moved your post to Inspire & Inspire HR board so we can keep our forums organized.
Hope this helps.

Thanks a lot, sorry, I thought I was in the right place.
I followed all the troubleshooting steps (rebooting fitbit, rebooting my phone, the OS is up to date etc.) until even uninstalling and installing the app again. Now all i get is that there is an issue with Bluetooth - "pairing takes longer than usual. We're working on it". Yes, bluetooth is on and I know it works as I use it to connect to other things too. I switched off bluetooth on other devices my phone is paired with which are around. It's now been trying to connect for ~10 minutes, so i'm not too hopeful, tbh. Not really sure what next to do.
