Inspire HR doesnt conect to Bluetooth

Got a new Inspire HR but it won't paid with Bluetooth.  Tried 3 different  devices. Restarted the inspire twice. Nothing. Sleep wasn't recorded  last night. Also I cannot use my device to track the sport activity.  Any suggestions please before I return it to the shop? Thanks

Let me help you with your Inspire HR not syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatibleYou can try the following:

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
