My sons watch is showing only this message after restarting it several times.. anything else I could try to fix it myself?

Thanks for reporting this issue and for restarting your son's Fitbit. Since it didn't solve the issue, I've requested to our support team to create a case on your behalf. You should soon receive an email from customer support at the email you used to register with the Community Forums.

 

I was wondering how old is your son? If he is under thirteenth, please note that we have different trackers made specifically for kids, such as Fitbit Ace 2. This tracker needs to be linked to a Fitbit family account to control who your kid connects with in the Fitbit app and there are some new cool designs too.
