I am having issues regularly with my Inspire HR giving a failed to syn message in the ios app, & the only way I’ve found to fix it is to use the “forget this device” then reconnect the device & the app. This started last year, at first it was every so often, then weekly, now it happens multiple times, & yesterday I had to do this 3 times. It’s getting old & by reviewing the forums I see this sync issue is not uncommon. Is Fitbit looking to resolve this issue, or should I just get rid of my fitbit now & just discontinue use of your products going forward? It really is ridiculous that I have to go through this process multiple times a week, let alone daily. When will this mot uncommon issue be fixed?

At least once a week, my iPhone is saying "failed to sync device". I have followed the instructions re: plugging into my laptop to sync but still will not work so then turning off bluetooth then back on but this is getting OLD!!! Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. I am so tired of this happening after spending all this money on it!!!
Any other suggestions except throwing it away and going to Apple!!!
