Inspire HR floors, active minutes and exercise counts are not right and sync issues

I've had Inspire HR for several months and all was well but the last 10 days it's not. It stopped counting floors totally on June 24 (I also wear a One and it knows how many floors I've climbed); as an example I was on an elliptical for more than 30 minutes today but it tracked only 17 minutes. Also undercounting active minutes and I now have to force a sync. It goes for days without a sync otherwise. Mobile is a Pixel (original/1).

@Harney   Fitbit recommends restarting your tracker as a first choice when issues like this arise -- irregular tracking, syncing issues, etc.  Try restarting your Inspire HR -- even 2-3 times -- and see if that helps.

 

The Inspire HR does not count floors.  Are you wearing your Inspire HR and One at the same time?  Two trackers at the same time can also lead to issues.
