Inspire HR half the display missing

Over the last month a few horizontal lines have started missing on my display, then yesterday every other line, this morning the right hand side vertical has gone. 

I have tried re setting - no difference…..

please help with what to do? It is just under 1 year old

@VG1000 I suggest you try at a different time to see if these channels (chat and phone are available). These options may not appear if there are too many contacts at the time.

Hello again

There is definitely no link on that page to “chat with us” on line, no mater what time of the day/how many times I try it - I attach here the screen grabs showing the entire page.
I am at a loss of how I can fix the problem? The fitbit is working fine/communicating to the app, but I now have virtually have no screen display, so I guess the display needs replacement if that is possible?
I also attach a photo of the screen.  
I really appreciate your help in finding my next step with this.
