Inspire HR heart monitor issue

My (new) Inspire HR has a habit of showing my heart rate at double what it actually is. Ex: sitting/relaxing & it suddenly shows my hr 130+, when manual check says it’s @ 65. Took it off & it continued to show rates between 120-140 for several minutes. Tried restarting & cleaning, which fixed it temporarily, but it does it 1-2X per day

@AFinley Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well!

Let me help you with your Inspire HR heart rate reading and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
