Inspire HR heart rate not updating on app

Hi

Apologies if already covered. I’ve noticed for the last week or so that the heart rate doesn’t update on the app. (Working fine on Fitbit) I initially tried logging out but no joy. I find that I physically have to remove the device and re-connect for it to start working again. 

Is this a known problems with a workaround?

Decided to delete device and reinstall. Worked for about an hour, but now stopped again.

@Longshanks2 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

This seems like an issue with the link between your phone and your tracker so I suggest you try the following:

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
