Inspire HR is displaying 001 error code

My fitbit is displaying 001 error code it's only 6 months since I purchased it

Hi @SunsetRunner  try a restart of your Fitbit and see if that makes any difference. If not, you'll need customer support.

@SunsetRunner, I'm sorry that your Inspire HR is having this behavior. Because this isn't the experience that we want you to have, I've contacted our Support team on your behalf and I was told that you already have a case created with them. It seems they're providing you with assistance, so please follow up with your email case should you have any further questions.
